I utilize a client centered approach to treatment that honors the unique story of each adult that I work with. I also use techniques from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavior therapy. I utilize a trauma specific treatment (EMDR) when working with individuals who are working through traumatic experiences. See Trauma Therapy page for more information.
