The transition into motherhood is one of the most self and life-altering experiences a person may go through. After becoming a mother myself, I knew that I needed to direct my passion toward helping those who are pregnant and postpartum. I am currently training to become certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International (PSI). I utilize my training and experiences to guide me in helping those who are experiencing challenges with this transition.
Common symptoms and feelings might include: isolation, trauma, guilt, sadness, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, anger, grief, physical health concerns, & relationship difficulties.
